Biography

Steph is a member of the firm’s Business and Commercial Disputes Practice Group. She focuses on litigation arising from complex business transactions, as well as commercial real estate and contract disputes.

Steph earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she served as an online editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Law. Steph was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, where she participated in the selective international rounds of the Monroe E. Price International Media Law Moot Court Competition, at the University of Oxford. She worked as a contract law teaching assistant and received the American Bankruptcy Law Journal Student Prize for her outstanding achievement in her bankruptcy studies.
