Biography

Sue Chang focuses her practice on commercial real estate and finance transactions, including the acquisition, financing, leasing, management, and disposition of real estate assets. She advises on commercial credit, on-book, and securitized commercial loans, as well as construction finance and bridge lending.

Sue works on virtually all aspects of lending transactions including conduit, portfolio, and repo financing in a multitude of asset classes, including retail, office, manufactured housing communities, self-storage, condominiums, and ground leases.

Her practice also includes loan servicing, the workout and resolution of distressed debt, and the exercise of creditor remedies.
