Biography
Tanya is an Associate in BCLP's Antitrust, Competition and Trade team. Tanya advises on all aspects of UK and EU competition law, including competition litigation, FDI, antitrust investigations, cartels, mergers and a wide range of competition law advisory work.
Prior to joining BCLP, Tanya advised on two high-value opt-out collective actions in the CAT. Tanya has also worked at the UK Competition and Markets Authority and has experience of Phase 2 mergers. Her deep understanding of the competition law landscape enables her to deliver strategic and commercially focused solutions tailored to her clients’ needs. Her work spans across various sectors such as defense, real estate, telecoms, retail, insurance and technology.
Tanya holds a Competition Law LLM degree from King's College London and has specialist knowledge of UK, EU and US antitrust laws. Tanya further draws on experience gained at a UK competition law boutique firm and at Tier‑1 law firms in India.
