Biography

Thea focuses her practice on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, as well as advising clients on matters such as easements, landlord-tenant issues and neighbor disputes.  She also supports corporate mergers and acquisitions and represents clients in joint venture transactions. Before her legal career, Thea worked as an architect, providing her a unique perspective on the intersection of design and law. This background enables her to anticipate client needs and deliver comprehensive legal solutions to real estate-related challenges.
