Thomas focuses his practice on Public Law, Energy Law and Environmental Law.

He advises developers, investors and financial institutions on the regulatory and contractual aspects of Industrial, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Projects.

He is involved in regulatory due diligence in the context of Project Financing and Acquisition Transactions.

Thomas graduated from the University of Nantes with a Master's degree (Master 2) in Public Business Law.

He is fluent in French and English.
