Biography

Thomas has been advising French and international clients since 2016 including pension funds, institutional investors, REIT companies or sovereign wealth funds, assets managers, property dealers & developers, hospitality operators and services residences operators (senior or student housings) within the framework of their real estate transactions and operations. He has a strong experience on tax regime of French real estate regulated and non-regulated vehicles (SIIC, OPCI, SCPI, FPS, SCI).

He also assists clients of the infrastructure and energy sector for all their tax issues

The tax practice of Thomas includes notably merger & acquisition (due diligence, negotiation & structuring aspects), financing, restructuring, day-to-day tax management and relation with the tax authorities (tax audit & litigation, ruling & agreements).

He also advises on the individual taxation of private investors and managers.

Thomas is a member of the Tax Commission of ASPIM.
