Biography
Thomas advises French or foreign clients including pension funds, institutional investors, REIT companies or sovereign wealth funds, assets managers, property dealers & developers and hospitality operators within the framework of their real estate transactions and operations. He also assists clients of the infrastructure and energy sector for all their tax issues.
The tax practice of Thomas includes notably merger & acquisition (due diligence & structuring aspects), financing, day-to-day tax management and relations with the tax authorities (tax audit & litigation, ruling & agreements).
He also advises on the individual taxation of private investors and managers.
