Biography
Straightforward and down-to-earth, Tim Cline is a real estate lawyer with a nationwide practice that touches on nearly every asset class – both the traditional and the alternative. Clients welcome Tim’s practical approach and sound judgment when it comes to their commercial real estate transactions. His ability to not only spot both issues and opportunities, but also find creative solutions has helped build and solidify many of his lasting client relationships.
Tim’s experience ranges from a “dirt” real estate practice (including purchase, sale and leasing) to representing both borrowers and lenders in real estate financings. Moreover, the firm’s Private Client lawyers seek out Tim to assist clients with their high value residential deals.
Not only committed to the success of his clients, Tim is also invested in helping to foster a positive culture within BCLP. He is an active member of the global LGBTQ* Network and Lawyers Affinity Group, with fresh ideas for better internal engagement and community partnerships. In his home office of St. Louis, Tim serves on the Office Recruiting Committee and as the Co-Lead for the Associate Task Force.
