Biography

Verity is a real estate lawyer experienced in investment transactions and development projects. Her broad experience ranges from development/regeneration projects, landlord and tenant asset management across retail, office and industrial sectors and investment portfolio acquisitions, disposals and financings. Verity acts for a number of private equity real estate funds, REITs, sovereign wealth funds, property companies both domestic and overseas and is recognised by clients as a transaction leader with particular skills in multi-disciplinary project management.
