Zahra Bardai is a commercial real estate lawyer with over 15 years’ experience, advising on a broad range of transactions including structured disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures, and real estate aspects of property finance (acting for both borrower and lender). Zahra has extensive experience representing a wide range of investors across a number of different sectors and has overseen transactions in both the UK and Europe. She is recognised for leading multi-disciplinary transactions and teams, providing clients with commercial, practical solutions. Zahra is also the Chief Operating Officer for the firm’s Global Real Estate Department, working closely with the department and firm leadership.
