BCLP Real Estate Team Advised Chancerygate on the £155 million Acquisition of the World Freight Terminal, Manchester Airport, Manchester

Chancerygate acquired a long leasehold interest in a 825,000 square feet multi-let industrial estate known as the World Freight Terminal at Manchester Airport from Columbia Threadneedle Investments for £155 million. The 54 acre site adjoins the runway at Manchester Airport and comprises 64 units across 17 buildings, occupied by an airport-linked occupier base, together with a 6.7 acre development plot with planning consent.
