Alex is a senior associate in BCLP’s market-leading Real Estate Disputes practice with experience advising clients on high value property litigation matters in both Courts and specialist Tribunals, asset management work and complex development projects.

She advises the full spectrum of real estate sector clients, including investors, developers, landlords and institutional tenants, on a range of property disputes affecting both commercial and residential property.

Alex is a go-to adviser on high value residential disputes, given her substantial specialist knowledge and experience advising stakeholders across the Living sector. This includes nuisance claims, Building Safety, service charge disputes, claims for possession, and disputes relating to landlord repairs. She advises freehold developers of large residential and mixed-use estates, including build to rent, on statutory compliance and consultations under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, to help them implement large-scale works projects.
