Long-standing partner, Daisy Reeves, is BCLP’s inaugural Global Inclusion & Client Engagement Partner. Known as a game-changer in the field of inclusion and diversity, she is recognized as one of the most influential LGBTQ* executives in the world. Daisy formerly headed up the Global Banking sector at BCLP.

Daisy has spearheaded a number of award-winning programmes and initiatives and continues to work with experts, clients, and communities across all strands of inclusion and belonging to develop next and best practice in this space. A true thought leader, as well as working with our clients on a daily basis, Daisy regularly delivers global keynote speeches and her work has effected real change across the legal industry and beyond.

Recently, Daisy was the 2024 recipient of Global Law Firm Diversity Champion Award from the Walgreens Legal Department as well as featured in The Guardian’s Pride Powerlist Top Ten LGBTQ* Role Models 2025.

Under Daisy’s stewardship, BCLP has been recognised by a number of awards, including by Stonewall as a Top Global Employer, and also recently received the McDonald’s EMPOWER Award for commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Daisy was also part of the team that provided BCLP’s groundbreaking pro bono support for Pride Live to establish the historic Stonewall National Monument Visitor Center in New York in 2024.

Daisy’s impact on changing societal views is perhaps best exemplified by the recent book ‘Women who Dared to Break all the Rules’ being dedicated to her.
