Amy has been a Partner at the Atlanta office for more than 15 years as part of the Corporate Transactions team. Amy’s practice focuses on private and public M&A, cross-border transactions and corporate restructurings and carveouts. She represents a diverse range of clients, including private equity firms, founder-owned businesses and publicly traded companies. Amy’s dedication and talent has been recognized by several awards recently, including Chambers 2025 as a standout in Georgia for our M&A practice.

“Our Atlanta office has a strong and talented team, and we are well positioned in the local market. In my new role, I plan to leverage these strengths to ensure our office remains a great place to work and to drive strategic growth for the firm,” Amy said. “I am very grateful for our previous office managing partner, Eric Schroeder, and his strong leadership, and I look forward to continuing his legacy as he transitions to the Board.”

Speaking about the new office managing partners, BCLP’s CEO Steve Baumer shared, “Tyler and Amy are strong leaders in our US offices, and we are very excited that they have accepted these new roles to further drive our recognition and client success in their respective cities.
