Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) advised the investment fund Infragreen IV from RGreen Invest in the acquisition of a stake in NW Joules, a pioneering French company in electricity storage. Management company RGreen Invest is a leading platform for financing green infrastructure.

For this transaction, BCLP advised RGreen Invest in the negotiation and implementation of a strategic partnership with NW Storage and the acquisition of an equity stake in NW Joules. This strategic partnership aims to pursue deployment of a patented and innovative electricity storage system.
