Biography
Christine is a Senior Associate (Due Diligence) in the Real Estate Department. With a track record of leading and developing legal teams, Christine gained 10 years’ experience leading the Residential and Commercial Property Development Team in Hill Dickinson’s Chester office and subsequently in Addleshaw Goddard’s Manchester office. Christine was also a key figure in developing and maintaining client relationships.
Christine has frequently dealt with the acquisition and disposal of multi-let office, retail and industrial properties, including iconic buildings in the capital, and has acquired a wealth of experience of both the transactional and due diligence elements of such matters. She has acted for a variety of clients, including major banks, friendly societies, pension funds and multi-national companies.

- Advising Homes England on the real estate aspects of its financing and the subsequent disposal of parcels of land within its large ‘new town’ development at North Wellingborough.
- Part of the team that advised CC Land Holdings on the £1.15bn acquisition of the Jersey company owning 122 Leadenhall Street, “The Cheesegrater”, from a joint venture between British Land and Oxford Properties. One of the biggest single asset property deals in the City and the second biggest in the UK.
- Project managing the DD aspects of a £525M financing of a portfolio of 45 care and retirement homes for a prominent US insurance company.
- Having a continual involvement in the team advising Ballymore’s development and financing of their Embassy Garden site over various phases.
