Edouard Alcouffe has experience in real estate acquisitions and development operations as well as commercial leases. 

His main areas of focus are real estate acquisitions, commercial leases, and construction and promotion operations, both in counsel and litigation.

He has acquired a particular experience regarding office buildings and logistics assets, from the initial building or reinstatement project to the final sale to investors, through a share deal or asset deal, including the commercialization and leasing of the building. 

He has also advised real estate investors in the corporate restructuring of their real estate portfolios, in cooperation with the regulatory team in charge of the French regulated real estate investment vehicles (OPPCI).
