Edward is an Associate in BCLP's Technology, Commercial and Data team, based in London. Edward advises on a range of commercial, technology, data privacy and intellectual property matters, supporting clients on technology transactions, commercial contracts and data-related issues, including across multi-jurisdictional projects. Edward has experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, conducting commercial, technology and intellectual property due diligence, and coordinating multi-jurisdictional advice. He also advises on data-related compliance matters.

Prior to qualification, Edward completed seats across the Competition, Planning and Real Estate teams, gaining exposure to a broad range of regulatory, contractual and transactional matters. He also contributed to the firm's legal innovation initiatives, including the evaluation and testing of AI tools.
