Biography
Felix is an Associate in the Frankfurt Real Estate team at BCLP. He advises national and international clients, including investors, banks, asset managers, insurance companies, and project developers, on all matters related to real estate law. His areas of focus include advising on real estate transactions and asset management, particularly in the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements. Mr. Morszeck studied law with an integrated bachelor's degree (LL.B.) at the University of Mannheim and subsequently completed his legal clerkship at the Darmstadt Regional Court. Before joining BCLP, he worked as a lawyer at a Frankfurt-based law firm specializing in construction and real estate law.

Experience
- Advice to a nationwide public law corporation, a real estate fund with a focus on healthcare, and globally active asset managers in commercial tenancy law. This included the conclusion of commercial lease agreements and lease amendments, the (judicial) enforcement of claims in ongoing lease relationships, and other asset management issues.*
- Advised and represented condominium owner associations in developer law, for example, in the judicial enforcement of warranty or restitution claims against developers.*
- Judicial representation and advice to construction companies in private construction and architectural law, particularly in asserting or defending claims for remuneration and in asserting claims for the provision of securities.*
