Hansy is an Associate in the firm’s Energy, Environment and Infrastructure Group. She is a project finance and commercial energy and infrastructure lawyer with experience in the power, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. 

She has experience acting on a number of international finance transactions and advises clients on both corporate M&A transactions and commercial documentation in the energy space, with a focus on the energy transition and renewable energy sector.
