Jacquelynne has broad experience in corporate transactional and advisory matters, including cross-border acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures. She has a particular focus on the real estate sector and has acted for real estate fund sponsors and managers, REITs, institutional investors and property developers. Previously, she worked in Hong Kong SAR and Singapore, including a stint as legal counsel in a leading real estate investment manager.
