Lydia is experienced in town and country planning law, advising and advocating for clients across a range of sectors including residential, mixed use, retirement living and life sciences schemes. Lydia's experience includes negotiating planning and infrastructure agreements with local authorities, advising on planning applications and acting in relation to planning appeals and court challenges. Lydia also provides planning advice on real estate and corporate transactions.
