Biography

Malcolm is experienced in Non-Contentious Construction law including procurement strategy and implementation, and project management advice. 

He has experience in the drafting and negotiation of procurement contracts for construction projects, including forward funding agreements, development agreements, facility agreements and agreements for lease in the United Kingdom. 

Malcolm is regularly involved in multi-disciplinary teams on large real estate development projects for commercial, residential and leisure space.
