Mina practises in the area of corporate law, advising private equity firms, real estate funds as well as private companies on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures and corporate reorganisations.

Prior to joining the firm, Mina worked for several years at a magic circle law firm and at major international law firms in Luxembourg.

Mina is admitted to the Paris and Luxembourg Bars.

She is fluent in French, English and Turkish.
