Valeria is an associate in our Berlin office and is member of the Real Estate as well as the Corporate team. Her practice focuses on transactions, joint ventures and investments, as well as ongoing legal advice to national and international companies, start-ups and emerging companies, and public sector clients.

As part of her real estate work, she advises investors on their real estate transactions and project developments. In addition, she advises her clients on all real estate-related legal issues of ongoing property management.

Another focus of her practice is advising start-ups and emerging and high-growth companies with technology-based business models, as well as venture capital and private equity investors in such companies. Her advice includes business start-ups, corporate law, financing and investment rounds, M&A transactions, as well as aspects of general private and commercial law.
