Biographie

Olivier intervient en fiscalité générale et internationale appliquée aux entreprises. Il concentre plus particulièrement son activité sur la structuration et la détermination de la stratégie fiscale des investisseurs français ou étrangers, institutionnels ou autres (structuration, audit fiscal, modélisations financières, négociations, et structuration de fonds d’investissement). Son savoir-faire et sa créativité dans le conseil fiscal aux investisseurs intervenant dans le secteur immobilier et hôtelier sont reconnues tant en France qu’à l’international. Conseil fiscal de la Fédération des Sociétés Immobilières et Foncières, il a participé à la conception, la négociation et l’évolution du régime fiscal des SIIC depuis 2003.
