BCLP Advises Eclipse Insights on Sale to Huron Consulting Group

International law firm BCLP has advised renowned healthcare consulting firm, Eclipse Insights LLC (“Eclipse”) on the sale of substantially all its assets to Huron Consulting Group, Inc. (“Huron”).

The transaction was signed on June 17, 2025, and closed on June 24, 2025.

Founded in 2022, Eclipse has quickly established itself as a widely recognized and trusted partner to healthcare providers, delivering data-informed strategies that optimize revenue cycle performance, strengthen financial outcomes, and address complex workforce challenges.
