BCLP expands German Corporate M&A team with new partner hire
Jul 31, 2025International law firm BCLP announces today Klaus Banke will join the firm as a partner in the Corporate and Finance Transactions Department, based out of the Frankfurt office.
Klaus Banke has extensive experience advising national and international clients on complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, carve-outs, and corporate restructurings. He regularly advises on corporate governance matters and disputes arising from corporate transactions. He has a strong background in the energy, life sciences, and technology sectors, and brings long-standing experience in Franco-German transactions
Klaus was most recently a partner at an international law firm in Frankfurt. Prior to that, he worked at global law firms in both Frankfurt and New York.
