Katerina Diamantopoulou is a Senior Associate in our Frankfurt Finance team. She advises national and international lenders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions, including residential, commercial, hotel, retail, single-asset, portfolio, and logistics financings, in connection with acquisitions, development projects, and refinancing.

She also has extensive experience in corporate, project, acquisition, and structured financings. In the area of restructuring, Katerina assists clients with loan portfolio sales and refinancings.

As part of her work at BCLP, Katerina completed a secondment in the legal department of a bank. Prior to joining BCLP, she gained experience in the Real Estate Finance team of another international law firm.
