Katerina Diamantopoulou is a Senior Associate in the Frankfurt Finance team. She advises domestic and international lenders and borrowers on real estate financing—including residential, commercial, hotel, retail, single-property, portfolio, and logistics financing—in connection with acquisitions, project development, and refinancing.

In addition, she has extensive experience in corporate, project, acquisition, and structured finance, as well as financing restructurings across all asset classes.

At BCLP, Katerina also completed a secondment in the legal department of a bank. Prior to that, she worked in the real estate finance team of a major international law firm.

Katerina also possesses extensive knowledge in the field of legal AI and regularly gives presentations on this topic—both for clients and at internal firm events.
