Biography

Alex’s practice comprises all aspects of the property life-cycle from entry to exit with a focus on big ticket investment and development, both structured and at asset level.

Prior to joining BCLP in 2021, Alex was at another tier 1 property practice where he acted for clients including AXA REIM on its development of 22 Bishopsgate, BAFTA on the redevelopment of its headquarters in Piccadilly, Urbanest in relation to the £350m financing of its London portfolio of student accommodation, Heron International in relation to all asset management work at the Salesforce Tower and Columbia Threadneedle Investments on a range of investment transactions and asset management.

Alex is an Investment Property Forum (IPF) future leader.
