Biography

Mollie Harmon Moylan focuses her practice on construction-related transactions and construction industry disputes. Mollie handles negotiating and drafting all types of design and construction agreements on behalf of project owners, developers and lenders. She has represented clients in the development and construction of a variety of projects, including manufacturing plants, multi-family housing projects, medical and educational facilities, resorts, hotels, and large multi-tenant retail complexes.

Mollie was a 2016 summer associate in the firm’s Kansas City office. She was a Davidson Scholar at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law where she earned a membership in the Order of the Barristers, served on the law review board, and was appointed a student emissary. Mollie was a regional winner and quarter-finalist in the AAJ National Mock Trial Competition.
