Mollie Harmon Moylan focuses her practice on construction-related transactions and construction industry disputes. Mollie handles negotiating and drafting all types of design and construction agreements and build-to-suit leases on behalf of project owners, developers and lenders. She has represented clients in the development and construction of a variety of projects, including manufacturing plants, data centers, multi-family housing projects, medical and educational facilities, resorts, hotels, and large multi-tenant retail complexes.

Mollie was a 2016 summer associate in the firm’s Kansas City office. She was a Davidson Scholar at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law where she earned a membership in the Order of the Barristers, served on the law review board, and was appointed a student emissary. Mollie was a regional winner and quarter-finalist in the AAJ National Mock Trial Competition.
