Sally has a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate sector, advising on the acquisition, development, leasing, management and sale of a wide variety of real estate assets. She has a broad real estate practice but with particular experience in complex leasing arrangements and development projects (including dealing with site assemblies, development constraints and vacant possession issues, and negotiating development agreements and pre-lets).
