Shen is an associate in the Tax Advice & Controversy department. He has experience in all areas of corporate taxation, with a particular focus on the real estate sector.

Shen advises clients on the tax aspects of a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, financings and lettings, advising in particular on VAT, capital allowances and SDLT.
