Biography
Tony is Counsel in the German finance team and advises lenders and borrowers on all areas of financings including, amongst others, senior, mezzanine or subordinated loans. He focuses on advising banks (including German Pfandbriefbanken) and financial institutions (including debt funds and insurance companies) on national and international real estate acquisition financings and construction project financings. Further, he advises on syndicated lending, acquisition financing and project financing.
Prior to working for BCLP, Tony worked for over two years for a law firm associated with one of the Big Four auditing firms and for over four years in a major international law firm both in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, where he gained his experience on German financing law.

- *Advised LBBW on the financing of two residential property portfolios owned by the future ADLER Real Estate Group with a total financing volume in the high three-digit million range.
- *Advised Helaba as the lead bank of a consortium on the senior financing of the office tower "T1" with 228 meters the tallest of four towers that form the high-rise quarter FOUR in Frankfurt's city centre.
- *Advised Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG as lead arranger in a consortium with Berlin Hyp AG and Helaba on the EUR 380 million refinancing of a logistics portfolio managed by GARBE Industrial Real Estate.
- *Advised Helaba on the financing of the purchase of the landmark office tower "Silberturm" in Frankfurt am Main.
- *Advised a Luxembourg-based real estate debt fund in connection with various real estate secured loans relating to properties located in several European countries (retail/-non-retail).
