Biography

Julie Catala Marty dirige le pôle de droit de la concurrence et de la distribution.

Elle intervient sur tous les aspects du contrôle des concentrations devant l’Autorité de la Concurrence et la Commission européenne, y compris des opérations transfrontalières complexes.

En contentieux, Julie assiste également ses clients dans le cadre de procédures devant les autorités et juridictions nationales et communautaires, en matière d'ententes anticoncurentielles, d’abus de position dominante, de pratiques restrictives et de droit de la distribution. Elle dispose par ailleurs d’une expérience significative des problématiques relatives aux aides d’état, ainsi qu’en en matière de gestion des risques et de conception de programmes de conformité.

Julie traite également de problématiques règlementaires (devant l’ARCEP et l'ARCOM notamment).

Julie intervient dans des secteurs variés (industrie du luxe, industrie alimentaire, infrastructures). Elle dispose d’une grande expérience dans les secteurs des télécommunications et média.

Civic Involvement & Honors

Chaque année, Julie intervient en droit de la concurrence auprès des étudiants du Master Droit et Ethique des Affaires de l’Université de Cergy-Pontoise.
