Biography

Abbey Raish is a corporate partner and a member of the firm’s Corporate Transactions practice group. She has more than a decade of experience advising on complex transactional matters, including initial public offerings, debt and equity offerings, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, SPAC transactions and cross-border deals. She also brings significant experience guiding clients on disclosure and compliance, board and shareholder governance, and general corporate law matters.

In addition, Abbey advises at the forefront of the evolving sustainability sector, counseling clients on the strategic integration of climate solutions, regulatory alignment, and fund formation. She is particularly adept at navigating the shifting tides of international regulation—from emerging global disclosure mandates to the nuances of the TCFD and ISSB frameworks. Recognized for her commercial foresight, Abbey serves as a strategic partner to boards and executive teams, crafting bespoke responsible investment policies and forward-looking sustainability strategies that transform compliance into long-term value creation.

Throughout her legal career, Abbey has represented Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries, as well as some of the world’s most sophisticated private equity firms, investment banks and financial institutions in both corporate transactional and sustainability matters.
