Tori Andrew is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Transactions group. Her practice focuses on advising public and private companies in a broad range of corporate transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, and divestures.

Tori received her J.D. from Washington University School of Law. During law school, she served as co-president of the WashU Cannabis Law Society and an Assistant Coach for the WashU Women’s Basketball Team. Prior to attending law school, she studied political science at Yale. Tori also played varsity women’s basketball and was the recipient of the Yale Coach’s Female Athlete Leadership Award.
